Ordering, Delivering and Payments.


How do I order? Do you have a show room or a shop?


We did not yet obtain a show room or a shop. You have two ways to order. You can either contact us and order manually at (01003710642)

Or you order online and here are the steps:
1. Step 1: press on products or special products on the top of the page.
2. Step 2: pick the product you like and press on it.
3. Step 3: read the description on the right of the product to get a feel of what it is like… then to find out the price pick the material the color and the quantity you would like to have (the price will appear after you pick the material next to “Price” ).
4. Step 4: after you have picked all what you want press add to basket.
5. Step 5: you will be navigated to a page for your information. Submit your information and then press SEND and we will receive your order.

That is the most you will do… After that we will call you for a confirmation and you will get your product/s after few days … when we deliver it to your house, you pay the full amount.
Payment method is (COD) cash on delivery plus additional delivery fee and increases according to the shipping address .


When will I receive my items?

We want you to have a clear idea of how long it will take for your order to be delivered. So, we’ll call you and confirm once you have placed an order, and tell you how long your order is expected to take. However, any order will not exceed two weeks to be manufactured and delivered to your door from when you place your order. We will do our best to deliver it as soon as possible.


How will my furniture be delivered?

As soon as your item is ready in our warehouse, we’ll call you to let you know. Our delivery people will then contact you once they have collected your item to let you know the exact delivery time and date, but don’t worry, you will have the opportunity to re-schedule to a more convenient delivery time.


It’s been longer than two weeks and I still haven’t received my order – what should I do?

We would like to apologize. We work hard with our manufacturers to make sure you receive your items as soon as they are produced. But if it has been longer than this and you haven’t heard from us (we’ll keep you informed if we believe there will be any delays), please don’t hesitate to contact us on support@ariika.com or give us a call on (01003710642)


Returns and Refunds


What if I don’t like the product I ordered when it arrives?

We’re sure you will like it, but if not, you can return it to us within two days of delivery for a full refund. and you can EXCHANGE it within 2 weeks after purchase. Simply contact us with a brief explanation. After that, we will make sure our delivery people collect your product/s as soon as possible.

In case of returns, the product must be in the same condition it has been received upon.

Can I change my existing order?

Fortunately, you still can make any changes in your order within 2 days from the ordering date, simply by contacting us through our email or phone number.
